Baffle Plates are added protection for your downhole tools and bit. Inserted at the connection point, they are a secondary level of protection against foreign objects as well as providing protection and assistance in landing the wireline tools. SMS carries Baffle Plates in connections types 3 ½ IF, 4 ½ IF, 4 ½ XH, & 6 5/8 REG and two designs, ring style or spider style.
